Wedding Woes

I've been losing sleep over this wedding and I need some advice please. I'm really losing sight of why we're doing this. We're having a micro-wedding with 24 guests. Plus us that's 26. Ceremony is mostly under control because we hired a day of coordinator for it. The dinner after the ceremony (not a reception) is at a local Italian restaurant. They are not a venue. They do private events but it was made clear to me yesterday that they had zero flexibility with letting us have our own table together because it just "doesn’t work" (not anything extravagant, we just want to sit together as husband and wife). The event coordinator at the restaurant is not helpful and she doesn't seem like she can be bothered with all of our questions. She said she'd email photos of the set up for the room (there's only one option lol) but she never did. I'm just ready to call it off. She never communicated that we didn't have to get our guests menu selections, so we had them fill it out on their RSVP on our wedding wire website FOR NO REASON. She just smirked when we told her we had everyone's food choices. I wish I could speak to the manager without ruining our chances of a good dinner. This is what you get for only having enough money to have a family dinner and not having any support financially or emotionally from your family. Thanks for listening.
