How do you approach the wedding registry?
do you send it in a link or ? how do you send that to your guest without being pushy?

You don't send it to them. Put it on your wedding website if you have one. Otherwise, people will find out by word of mouth.

I agree with the others. It is considered rude to send to your guests. You would include it on your website then include a link to your website for your guests to go to. You'd definitely want to include other things on your wedding website aside from just your registry.

You never mention the registry unless asked, and even then, guests will traditionally ask your attendants or parents, never the couple. No registry info goes anywhere into the invitation but it can be mentioned discretely on the wedding website if you have one.

I agree with the previous comments. If anyone directly asks you if you are registered anywhere, tell them at that time. Otherwise, I recommend putting the info on your wedding website, but I wouldn't list the info anywhere else. I wouldn't include it on your invitations or Save The Dates or social media.

Typically it's listed on the bridal shower invite (or couples shower invite), and it's on the wedding website (website link on the invites or save the dates).

It's listed on my wedding site and people will either ask where you're registered. My mom knows so she'll probably tell that side of the family if they ask

We didn’t have a wedding website because most of my guest are older family members who won’t bother with it. We included a small detail card that talked about COVID, room block, and where we were registered. Sure, some may say that it’s rude to include it in the wedding invite but it’s pretty normal with our families. Just know your audience.
