I haven’t used him, but from his IG it looks like he’s still actively shooting. There are new tags (one just today), and he’s been responding to comments. That’s odd he’s not responding to you. Hopefully he’s just really busy

I would give him until Valentine's Day before you send a final notice and start thinking about a small claims civil suit. I hope he's just super busy and is avoiding youbc he's not done with the editing.

Contact the consumer reports at the tv stations in that area and ask for their help since that is their field of expertise.

Hey everyone - thank you so so much for all of your help!!!
My sister got on his Instagram and messaged him. He immediately texted me apologizing for his lack of communication. Been super busy. Doesn’t know how I was blocked on his IG but now I’m not anymore? All is well. He hasn’t gotten to our video yet but will let us know when he starts to edit it..

Any updates on your video ? I got married in October as well and I don’t have mine yet.

I messaged him last Wednesday. He said we should have the video by the weekend or Monday. Well.. Monday is here and after all weekend of checking my email nonstop and today, it’s still not here. He had just posted a story on IG and I messaged him but he never read it I guess. Just hoping he keeps his word and we get it by tonight or else we’re going to call him tomorrow.

I just don’t understand how this is happening to us and probably so many others. I’m just really disheartened and hate that I’m feeling so negative towards the video when it’s been the thing I was most excited for post wedding.
