I just recently got married in January and my husband and I made it a priority to have a family fueled wedding ceremony. One of his sisters was my bridesmaid and his other 3 were honorary wedding party. His dad was the one to marry us. My two younger brothers walked me down the aisle to my dad and step dad who walked me down the rest of the aisle. His dad and grandpa prayed over us before we got married (which was hard because we didn’t do a first look). I’m glad our wedding ceremony represented us as a couple, very family oriented. Even our wedding party, who were all friends were the friends we consider family. I wouldn’t change a thing about our ceremony. It was perfect.
