Yes, this would have been my wedding week. As much as I try to keep myself busy, and think about other things, I can't help going over all the things I would have been doing, had the pandemic not ruined everything.

It's hard, but my family and friends are all super supportive, and remind me that I will have my dream wedding, eventually.

FH and I are going to have a romantic date on Saturday in the back yard. He doesn't know it, but I've already gathered a bunch of stuff (candles, twinkle lights, bluetooth speaker for soft music), and I'm going to surprise him with a fancy dinner that I'll order from one of our favorite restaurants. My daughter and granddaughter are actually going to spend the weekend with family out of town, so FH and I will have the house to ourselves. So, I'm going to create a

pre-wedding wedding night. It's better than sitting around being sad.
