Show me Your Proposals!

So sweet. I don't have a photo of the proposal itself but once everyone was done cheering, this sweet girl ran over to us asking if she could take our picture so this was immediately after. It was a complete surprise!

I don't have a picture of the moment because it was a very intimate moment, just us. He took me to the steakhouse where he first confessed his feelings for me, then asked me to spend his life with him.

My photo is blurry cause it’s a boomerang...but he made me an Easter basket with this egg carton included and when I opened it...he got down on one knee I don’t have an actual photo of him proposing.

He proposed as a total surprise at our maternity photo shoot for our triplets about 2 weeks before they were born💚💙💜

Idk if I can call it a surprise or not? I wasn't expecting him to propose quite yet maybe the month after cause it would be our 1 year anniversary. But that day when he called me and told me what he wanted to do, it was a little out of the ordinary and I had the thought "what if he proposes today?". So i dressed extra cute and did my hair and makeup. Couldn't shake the feeling the whole day! He was so nervous at lunch he didn't finish his food, which wasn't normal. Then we wanted to meet his mom and brother at the beach! Once there his mom asked to take pictures of us by the water. That's when I was 95% sure it was happening but I wasn't 100% until I felt him let go of my waist and step back.


He had bought the ring on a whim the day before! And then called my parents later in the day to ask their blessing! He was going to wait until September (it was august) but he was too excited to wait so he decided to propose the next day

This was a total surprise! Aug 10, 2019. This was my graduation dinner party for family and friends after finishing up NP school. As dinner was winding down, I stood up to thank everyone for coming and to please take their favors. After my speech, everyone clapped and as I was about to sit down. He continued on to congratulate me with finishing school and how him and I had been through a lot over the years and he got down on one knee. I have pics because everyone knew but me. It had been in the making for about 6 months. Not one soul spilled one detail.

We don't have a picture of the actual proposal, but this is right after. A really nice lady took our picture. She was with her husband and apparently he told her to leave us alone, but I'm glad she didn't or we wouldn't have this picture! Lol My fiance proposed on a trip to Nashville, TN at Bicentennial Park. Apparently he had it all planned out, but I was clueless. Lol

He proposed on a beach in Grand Cayman after reading a poem that he wrote me! I love reading everyone else stories❤️

These are all so sweet!! I kind of knew my FH was going to ask because he wanted to take me to dinner without our kids, so I knew something was up. I've lived at the Grand canyon my whole life and he moved to the Canyon for work (tour pilot) and so we met at work. Our first year of dating was nothing but adventures, hiking and going to different places. He knows I love the outdoors.
I didn't get the picture of it happening but this amazing couple celebrating their 1 year anniversary came over and snuck a few pics after. It was amazing. He did it where two different canyons meet and make a run off river.

I had a feeling it was coming about 3 weeks before he asked because he was being super secretive (and failing lol).
For the past couple years, we have gone on a mini vacation around Christmas, so I kind of assumed it would happened during our trip. Though, I think he knew I was getting suspicious because he told me he had a very special surprise after the knew year. After that I figured that’s when he was going to ask, so when it finally happened, I was very much surprised. My family were also all in on it so they surprised us after our hot air ballon ride!
I also found out he had been planning on asking me for about 4 months! He just got super excited towards the end he struggled to keep the secret!

He proposed in the city where we met it was rainy and cold, but perfect.

Ah! Everyone has amazingly sweet proposals! I don’t have a picture but I do have a story. We’d been discussing getting married for about 5 months prior to the actual proposal so we both knew we were going to get married eventually so it wasn’t really a big surprise, just kind of awkwardly funny.

After we bought our first house together, every weekend he’d go over to his best friends house and have a boys night. He’d ask me to pick him up later so he could get completely drunk and be ok to come home. Worked great for me because I got a night where I could girl out with my dog This night I went to pick him up and he asked me to come in where I promptly started to fidget taking off unused key rings because they were still in the midst of boys night and he wasn’t ready to leave yet. This whole time I was thinking why in the world would he ask for me to pick him up if he wasn’t ready to come home yet! His best friend brings out the engagement ring he was using to ask his girlfriend at the time and it was really pretty... I tried it on and joked that this is what you should get me one day! I gave it back to his friend to turn around to see my FH with a key ring in his hand (that I had been taking off of their keys) asking me to marry him.

The way he eventually asked me bothered me for awhile, but now I really love it and it’s so a way my FH would ask me. I wore to key ring for awhile until we both found a ring that I loved!

We had gone to southern Oregon for a weekend without the kids. (without his son since he's Always with us) We stayed in a very cool B & B, had an amazing dinner, went hiking the next morning, then to an amazing animal safari in Winston Oregon. (highly recommend going!) In the afternoon we went to a winery for a "private tasting" at Abacella Winery that he had won at some auction thingy. The place was packed with their wine club members. I was standing at the bar chatting with a guy and Michael was being so weird... He wanted to get the person's attention behind the wine bar, and I was thinking "Leave her alone, she's busy, she'll get to us". But I shrugged it off and kept chatting away. Michael was at the end of the bar bugging someone who clearly was too busy to talk to him, and then he left, saying that he forgot the coupon for the wine tasting. Anyway, after about 20 minutes, we were led into a private cellar and this lady brings in two wine glasses, pours us our first tastes and starts talking about the wine. I said "excuse me," and asked if I could have a nice wine glass like Michael's. His was big and fancy and mine was a small cheap one. She said no and left. Huh? I kinda laughed and forgot about it.

We were talking and enjoying the wine when I noticed that my glass said "Angela" (my name) on it. The next wine glass that she brought in for our second tasting said "Will" (capitalized) and I commented "Well I guess my name's Will now". You know how some of those pubs have beer steins or mugs with customer's names on them? The wine lady kept disappearing and I was thinking that this wine tasting isn't very well done. Not informative, and she keeps leaving and not educating us on the wine. I was just thinking "oh well, they must be busy". I actually did see the third glass with "You" written on it, but was a little shocked and so didn't say anything until I went to sip from the glass that said "Marry". Maybe I was letting him enjoy the moment, I'm not sure. Anyway, as you can guess, the last glass said "Me" And I said Yes!

BUT... The bugger posted a photo of the glasses that said "Angela Will You" on Facebook. So I actually did not get the fun of telling people. Pretty ballsy huh? The comments were pretty funny though!

Angela will you... do the dishes, get me a beer, get on your knees, pick me up I'm drunk, pull my finger, wash my car, etc. etc. I'd find the Facebook post to find some more to tell you, but it's long ago.
