How casual or fancy are you looking for your rehearsal dinner to be? That may help give more specific suggestions for food to serve.

There are tons of different options but like Lisa said we need to know if you want something more formal or more laid-back/casual.

Anything works, as long as you're hosting food and drinks!

Well, what’s your budget? What food do you like? Any dietary restrictions? Please give more information so we can provide helpful suggestions.

If you're looking to do a backyard/at home event, you could do pizza and beer, or BBQ (pulled pork, brisket, etc), or even grill up some burgers and hot dogs! Add some lawn games in there too, and you're all set. If you're looking to go out somewhere, book a party room or make reservations at your favorite local restaurant! It could be a burger place, or taco bar, or somewhere that offers a variety of sandwiches, burgers, salads, pasta, etc. Or maybe somewhere such as Applebee's or Olive Garden?

No dietary restrictions! Maybe more casual food types, we are having it at our venue the night before and having Corn hole and such as well.
We’re thinking maybe keeping it around 1,000 if possible

My brother-in-law and his wife had a taco bar for their rehearsal dinner and it was amazing. It was a very laid back rehearsal dinner.
