Rehearsal Dinner tipping

As parents of the groom, we are hosting the rehearsal dinner at the same venue as the wedding. We will be doing all the set up, clean up, providing all plates, silverware, table linens, flowers, favors & alcohol. A food truck will be doing a taco bar w/tea & water to drink. We are having 35-40 guests. Is 10% an adequate tip

No. The minimum tip should be at least 15%. 10% or less indicates you weren't really happy with their service. A food truck would not be expected to set up, clean, etc. so your tip would not be based on anything other than the food service they provide you.

I would say at minimun 15% 18% is ideal and 20% if you really love the food and service.
