Rehearsal Dinner Invites

Did you guys include rehearsal dinner invites with your actual invitations?


Did you send them to the invitations sent to the wedding party? There’s a few people outside my wedding party I would like to come. Would you send dinner invites to them or did you just call or text them to tell them?

    We didn't send them with the invites... still deciding on the how to? I think any wedding my fiance has been in was just by text.

    We actually sent the rehearsal dinner invites via Evite. We had about 40 people including the bridal party, immediate family, and out of town guests. I was also recently invited to a wedding for a close family friend, and they did the same thing for the rehearsal dinner.

    Our rsvp card had three options to check: rehearsal dinner, shuttle, and wedding.

    Every wedding I have been in ( lots) we heard by telephone, with a reminder card with time, date, place, and how late you expect to be. And if you have chosen a casual dinner, or a venue where a more dressy look is expected. Almost half decided against any rehearsal or dinner as the time got closer , though initially everyone planned them. And some had a lunch or dinner for wedding party, unrelated to any rehearsal.

    We didnt send invites my wedding party was informed of it from day 1
