Registry url not working

I have input my registry URL on my website multiple times and it keeps telling me it’s invalid. I’ve read all the forums and nothing is working. Yes it’s my “shareable url” because i w reached out to Macy’s already. Any advice on what to do? I emailed wedding wire help but haven’t heard anything yet.
