Registry stores

I'm not having a shower, but have amazon registry. I had a Bed bath beyond, but only had a couple items on there and switch them to my Amazon list.

I'm guessing you mean what stores. There are tons of different stores/websites that offer registeries. We registered at Macy's, Crate & Barrel and IKEA. Other popular ones are Amazon, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Pottery Barn. One warning with a Target registry (we made one when we had our first born) was that items frequently were out of stock/discontinued so if there was something you really wanted there's always the chance you might not be able to get it if they run out of stock/discontinue the item. This happened with several items we registered for our daughter.

Do not register at Bed Bath & Beyond. Try Target, Macy’s or Amazon.

We registered at Walmart, Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond, and then we pulled a few random items from various stores. We used MyRegistry.com to link all our official registries so it would all be in one place. Some places will give you a completion discount after the wedding if there are items on your registry that nobody buys that you'd still like to get yourselves.

We registered at Target and Bed Bath and Beyond with no issues. Our family and friend groups do not gift cash and we were not comfortable with registering at Amazon since it’s not customary in our circles for gifts to be sent to the couple’s home.
