What have you added already? Good things to include on your registry could be:

-picture frames (to put all those beautiful wedding photos in!)

-new dishes (plates/bowls/coffee mugs/etc)

-silverware

-luggage

-kitchen gadgets (can opener, measuring cup set, crockpot, stand mixer, drawer organizer, etc)

-bathroom accessories (mini garbage can, toilet paper holder, shower curtain, soap dispenser set, shower organizer, etc)

-bedding (flannel sheets, comforter set, lamps for nightstands, etc)

You could go room-by-room in your house, and look for ideas of things that you'd like to have or things that you can upgrade. You could also include things like camping gear or anything towards a hobby that both you and your future spouse are interested in.

My husband and I used our wedding registry to get ourselves nice “upgrades” of things we already owned. We knew we wouldn’t normally spend the money to do that ourselves. For example if you’ve been dying to have Le Creuset, Dyson, that famous KitchenAid mixer, Pottery Barn, etc, put that on there 😊

I have lots of upgrades on mine, new pan set, new espresso machine, carpet cleaner, some tools, a generator 😂, and a few cheaper items I'm too cheap to buy myself. I think maybe 20 items total. If your registry is small people may just give you cash instead of purchasing an item.

I have thought about a nice mirror/vanity, small furniture pieces, and board games.

You've gotten some good suggestions, but really, you should be the expert on what you and your future spouse need. If you don't need or want anything, don't force it, and don't add stuff to the registry just to add stuff. It's OK not to have a registry.

We put a few personalized Etsy items on ours (monogrammed kitchen/ bath towels, his and hers PJs, etc.) They're really cute and fun to have around, especially as newlyweds
