Registry Regrets & Unique Registry Items

We registered for a lot of camping gear, since we both love to camp and enjoy doing it as a family. I marked all of that as most wanted versus the usual dining/linen upgrades.

We’re currently shopping for suitcases/travel backpacks and I’m regretting that we didn’t think to put those on our registry !

We don't really regret anything on our registry. We started it in January 2018 on Amazon, so we have had plenty of time to think about what we need vs. what we don't need. Some unique things are an automatic door for our chicken coop, a double size sleeping bag, a golf bag for my fiance (his is super old), a swing for our chickens, and a travel bag for our dog!

The thing I wanted most on our registry was the roomba and I'm so thankful my parents got it for us. It's been a lifesaver. Some of the stuff I could've done without was the hosting things like drink containers, coffee carafe, etc.

Yeah, I'm hesitant to register for those hosting things because I don't really seeing us using those even if we were having people over.

We’ve registered for board games and some subscription boxes! We also registered for An ancestry.com membership and DNA kits

We already started ours, and something "unusual" we've added is the games and video game stuff. We host a lot of game nights though.

We got everything off our registries and there’s nothing I regret registering for. We did a lot of hosting things as well like someone else mentioned. And while we haven’t used them very much yet I’m glad we have them for our future. I’m imagining kids birthday parties and family gatherings and things like that. I’m really glad we registered for nice quality stuff. Having silverware that is heavy and doesn’t bend and towels that are really soft and absorbent have made such a difference in our everyday lives.

We registered for a scratch map on Amazon always wanted one, and I think it will be a fun way for FH and I to document everywhere we've been together.

We’ve lived together for 4.5 years, so our registry has been a tough one! Some things that we are excited to get/upgrade:
Weighted blanket
Updated dishes and flatware
Upgraded blender/food processor
Egyptian cotton bath towels
Classy serving trays
GoPro (for our honeymoon)
Wine rack (we really need a better way to store all of our bottles!)

I've actually tweaked our registry because I looked at it recently and was like we don't need this stuff. Most of it is upgrading what we have or appliances we really want.

We’ve live together and have a lot of the typical houseware items- we already host Easter for my family. We did add a few serving items and a better serving set (the fancy forks and giant spoons and such) and some new towels and sheets, but the fun things we added was the two person kayak, the date box subscription, a tandoor oven, and some outdoor furniture so we can host outdoors in the summertime without people sitting on towels or standing around
