You could do a cash fund and break it down into things. Honestly though, those sites take a percentage of the money for the privilege of being the middle man. People know that cash is a good gift and will often give cash or a check in a card for the wedding anyway. For my bridal shower, my bridesmaids had 1 activity where people all wrote a date night idea on a large popsicle stick. Maybe you can do something like that where you can get some different and fun date night ideas?

When I was asked about where we’re registered at, I told them we’re are probably just doing a honeymoon fund. Some people are not comfortable going that route & said they’ll just put it in a card & give it at the wedding.

Honeyfund! Yes, the online funds take a fee but it’s TINY compared to the convenience. We used Honeyfund then linked it to our small registries at Macy’s and BBB.
