So my bridal shower is this weekend.
I got a email from target and was super confused because it was something about an order. Then I realized it was from my registry! I had my fiancé look at it and he said it was from one of the girls coming to the shower. Problem is, it’s being shipped to us. I have not received the gift yet, if I do I bring it to the shower and “open it” there? Do I just tell her I got the email that it’s on it’s way And make sure she’s on the thank you list? What do I do if it’s not delivered before Saturday?

If she wanted it to be opened at the shower, she would bring it to the shower. You don't need to tell her that you got an email that it's on it's way, she knows, she's the one that ordered it. Just send her a thank you card once it arrives.

I agree, I would wait until it arrives, and then immediately send a thank you note.

I would agree with others... No need to bring it to the shower. She may have accidentally had it mailed to you (one of the guests at my shower did that) but no worries. You can open it at home and send her a message letting her know you received it. If it doesn't come before the shower, it's not a big deal. I'm sure she got the email that it shipped too so she knows it's on its way.
