psa - Anthropologie registry- do not use

Anthropologie registry is the absolute worst. Never make a registry with them. They do not give you any info on which gifts were bought for you or who bought them. I had an issue and did not receive two items bought for me from my registry, which was hard enough to find out in the first place. Then I had to call 6 times over months and months. They refunded the original buyer which makes no sense at all, as I the gift receiver. They kept promising an email with follow-up or with a gift card but I never received a single email from them. They gave me a case number but each time I called they said they had no info on it and could not help me. No other registry handles things this way. It’s so simple to take care of issues on all other registry websites like crate and barrel or Williams Sonoma. Better off not registering here.
