Our day was amazing, but I am so happy and relieved that it’s over with lol! Leading up to the wedding, I was so anxious... for nothing, since everything turned out great. There’s a few things I would give advice on.
1. We had 5 girls getting makeup done, and we had 1 artist (we had 5 hours for makeup). I was the last to get my makeup done and I felt rushed, so my advice is either get more makeup artists or be the second to last to get your makeup done so you have time to make changes if needed. We were 20 minutes late for the limo so I got an extra charge for that. Also, we hated our hair so we had to fix each other’s. I didn’t do a hair trial since I wanted a wavy bob. Simple, right? Guess not, so do a trial even if you have short hair or want something “simple.”
2. I would make sure to have an announcement for your dessert table. We also had a pizza station around 10:30 pm. Some guests didn’t realize until later or right before they were leaving that the desserts and pizza were out.
3. Relax and eat! Focus on the good, and forget about the minor mishaps.
