We started our day at 7:00 am getting ready robed and all. My dad made us all breakfast but we barely ate anything because we were so nervous. My hair was done by my personal stylist and my makeup was done by my mom. We arrived at the venue at 10 to begin pics at 10:45. Here are a some photos of that.
The first thing we did was the first look and I greatly recommend it! It took away all of our nerves. It was great getting to take photos before the actual ceremony!
After the first look we took our photos as well as group photos. Total time saver! We did have some technical difficulties...one groomsman had to leave to get their tie they forgot, his family wasnāt there yet because they made a last minute decision to get their hair done. Little things really.
After photos came the ceremony and then the reception. Things were far from perfect. Things went wrong but ultimately we got married and that is what mattered. I had to battle stressful emotions all night from lack of sleep. Ladies sleep is so important the night before!! The most stressful part was that my bustle broke but I had bridesmaids that came to to rescue work safety pins galore. The ceremony was definitely my favorite part. We wrote our own vows and it made it so special.
My favorite parts after the actual ceremony were our light saber send off and the dance that we choreographed ourselves.
