There is no way for anyone to be able to answer this question. The cost is going to be depend on location and what all is included. As for if catering is included in the venue that's going to depend. Some venues have in-house catering, others have a list of caterers they will require you to work with, and others you have to find your own caterer. What you need to do is find a venue and see what all services they offer.
