One year anniversary as a married couple!

Ok, so we got married last June, covid three us through alot of hoops and loops but we made it happen. We had a huge wedding planned out and vacation and because of covid, we had to make ALOT of changes. From changing the venue 2 weeks before the wedding, to finding a last minute caterer since we changed venues, and had to cut down our guest list. Our big planned wedding turned into a more personal and small. I actually love how our day turned out because at the end of that day, we still got Married. Now we didn't get a honeymoon because covid messed up my husbands police academy schedule and he had to go back to the academy to finish up after our wedding. Soo we decided to wait for our 1 year anniversary to go on a "honeymoon/anniversary vacation". And we are doing JUST that, we are leaving Friday to go on our getaway. . .FINALLY some alone time with my husband. If you are planning your wedding now, don't stress (I know easier said than done) but it will all come together and remember not everything will be okay. Remind yourself that at the end of the day, you are marrying the love of your life.
