  I don't have Capitol One, but I looked up name changing procedures on the credit card's website and then I emailed them a scanned copy of my marriage license and new driver's license.

  I believe you have to contact the company and they will ask you to provide required documents for proof.

  I don’t have capital one, but i was able to call and change it over the phone. It was easy

  I have Capital One, I just called and told them I got married. They changed it over the phone and I got my new card in 5 days. Very easy! No need to provide documents or anything.
