Moving in after marriage

I know my fiancé is preferring to move in before we get married, my goals are opposite. In my perspective, I think I would rather be married and living together two weeks later. It might not be how things are in the modern day now, but I've always stuck to that goal. Any thoughts on this?

Although it may seem like it’s opposite of your goals, it may be wise to give living together a test run to see how your schedules will interact. You may find quirks that are easier to work out beforehand rather than letting some surprise qualities kill the vibe of being newlywed. This is also a good opportunity to go over expectations of house chores and roles! Good luck!
