Minneapolis Bachelorette Party Help

Hi all! Recently married but now I am planning a week of bachelorette party for a bride in Minneapolis, MN. She wants something laid back, chill and fun where we can actually talk and bond. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe a pole dancing class then maybe wine tasting or the pedal pubs? She had mentioned wine tasting but through all my research, I couldn't find anything close to the city. It will be the week of the wedding and only for 1 day so no overnight excursions. HELP!
