Memory Book, Anniversary Journal

I recently found out about memory books and anniversary journals, and was wondering if anyone knows where I could get one that is a combination of the two?


I want a journal with prompts about how we met, life before engagement, getting engaged, the wedding, anniversaries, and a page for guests to sign (can be blank).
If you don’t know where to get a combination book, please still let me know about where I can get them separately. (:
