May Bridal Shower - What should we do???

I have a bridal shower scheduled for May 31st. So far our county is in complete lockdown. I guess my question is how long do we wait to make a decision about this? How late can we possibly wait to send out invitations? I wanted to get some opinions on this

I would wait it out till mid april or before like early April everyone by then will know what steps to take. Give yourself till April and then you can mail it as soon as you know

I would wait until late April to send invitations. A month's notice for a shower is plenty and I think that sending them any earlier than that would come off as a little tone deaf. If conditions haven't improved by mid-May, it's probably time to make a decision.

I would postpone now if I were you... I already postponed my June 6th shower. This will most likely be what you will have to do anyway, better to get ahead of it than be disappointed and scrambling to cancel/reschedule.

I would wait to see what happens after the lockdown expires...if your local government extends it, postpone it, if they give new parameters for gatherings, follow those.

A month's notice is enough time for a shower.
That said, keep communication open with the rest of the BP, an eye on the news, and be ready to be flexible.
