Hi.. "survive" ? Whoa, are you sure you want to get married ? ;-)

I remember you asking this same question under a different account not too long ago. There were many people who replied with advice and suggestions. If you are asking the same question again, I am assuming you did not get the answer you are looking for. Perhaps you could explain your question a bit more, as it is very vague. Maybe if we could get a better understanding of what you are asking, we could be of more help.

View Quoted Comment The goal of a marriage is this should be your ONLY time being married… not your FIRST time. You should support one another and work as equal partners in your relationship. If you are having problems and feel as though you have to “survive being married” to your spouse, then you should seek professional marriage counseling to help you identify and work through your issues.

I'm also about to enter my first marriage, so I don't know from experience yet, but the marriage advice I've commonly heard is to never stop dating each other - remember to still go out on date nights, plan vacations together, and take time for each other. Try not to go to bed angry after a disagreement. Always be honest and faithful. And communicate, communicate, communicate! If you run into issues that you have trouble resolving, try going to therapy. Otherwise, keep doing the things that have made your relationship successful up to this point so far. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
