we have two registries- Zola & Macy's (I have some older relatives that are very intimidated by the internet so I wanted to give them the Macy's option to do it the old fashioned way should they want to buy in person). I just wanted to let you know that their registry system is flawed...I received multiple duplicate shower gifts from that registry- which honestly isn't a big deal for me personally-because I was able to return them for store credit and order other things- but when I was opening gifts at my shower, several people who gifted duplicates were upset or embarrassed and thus, I felt bad. I asked about it today when I went to return the duplicates and the associate told me that their in store registry doesn't reflect what's already been purchased. So unless they're looking at it online while they walk around the store, they'd have no way of knowing.
It's not a huge deal, but like I said, I felt badly that some of my generous guests felt bad about duplicate gifts...
Zola on the other hand has been a total dream!
