Indiana brides

Me!!! But I'm getting married in Indy so not as cheap

Indy is wayy too big for me!! I drove through Indy last year and thought there is no way people live in such an expensive and crowded place! I'll stick to the outskirts of my town lol

I'm from Ohio and things are pretty cheap here as well. I figured it was a perk of living in the Midwest.

My ceremony venue literally cost us 29 dollars for the day! And we live half a mile down the road from it! Its one of the reasons why i love where i live lol

I'm close in Illinois and can completely agree lol. I'm doing my wedding for around 7k.

Wow, that's so cheap! My venue alone is $2800. That includes nothing with it lol.

I am from Indiana and I would say things are mid range. I know NY and California seem to be very expensive. I paid $625 for our venue. That is just for use of the space so definitely better than what @FutureMrsJones has to pay.

In WI...100 guest, hotel venue for about $8.5k...definitely lower than most on the coast.

I'm in Ky and my venue is $1300 for the day (includes linens, tables, chairs, ceremony and reception area)

I'm in Indiana! My venue is going to cost $1000 including chairs, tables, and my bar fee/bar tenders. I'm aiming for $5000 budget but I can go to 6/7k if needed.

I'm in NW Indiana! I agree that some places can be pretty inexpensive, but we do have some expensive venues. My reception including food and bar will be about 12,000.

I'm in Northern Indiana. The places around here weren't cheap (especially compared to my small hometown in SC) but definitely not the most expensive!

I don't live in Indiana, but I live in Louisville, ky. I can drive to Indiana in 15 minutes!

My entire wedding is going to be around 10-11k.

I'm in Noblesville and the venue we chose is roughly $1500 for 2 days, rehearsal and day of with chairs and tables. My budget was $5k but my dress went a little over budget so looking at maybe 6-7k.

Our reception venue is only 700 for the day before, day of, and day after for clean up! But includes just the tables and chairs so thats what gets me lol

I'm from Indy! I'm getting married in NC on the beach though then coming back home and having our reception at Dallara Indy Car factory. it was $3000 for the venue. Wedding venues around indy aren't very cost efficient.

Im in northwest indiana, and things are def cheaper here!!
