Non-existant. FH and I are not participating in bachelor or bachelorette parties and we are happy with that. It is not our thing.

I didn’t intend to have one but my moh planned something small. It was fun, we had dinner, a few drinks, went to a bar downtown, took an Uber home, put on face masks, and watched a documentary about astronomy while chatting with my single friend about her love life and sharing our stories about crazy exes to help make her feel better. The most embarrassing moment was spilling my water glass everywhere in the restaurant while animatedly telling a story.

I had an offbeat bachelorette. Went horseback riding and virtual reality gaming for a day. Honestly I wouldn't have had it any other way. Im not a party scene person so I enjoyed it being low-key and none of my friends ever did these activities before

I got married in Orlando and had my bachelorette at Disney World pretty much the Wednesday-Friday before with the main activities happening Thursday.

Wednesday afternoon, I checked into the villa I rented for the girls and then took the monorail over to the Polynesian hotel, where I had a snack and a drink and enjoyed some solo reflection time. I spent a few hours in the Magic Kingdom by myself after and it was honestly some of my favorite time of the whole weekend. It was really introspective. I also LOVE Disney World and have been lots of times, so I feel super comfortable there alone. One of my bridesmaids and her mom joined me a few hours later and we did a few rides together. Eventually, I went back to the villa and met up with my MoH and a few of the other girls.

The rest of the guests joined us the next morning—my MoH had kicked everyone out so she could go all-out decorating the villa, setting up music and snacks and mimosas and favors for everyone. It was amazing and I honestly could not stop smiling and feeling so loved and thankful and special! After a little meet and greet and the girls who didn't know each other saying hi, we took the monorail to Epcot and drank and ate around the world and did some rides. We followed it up with dinner and drinks and dancing in Disney Springs. We stayed out until 2 am but no one got too drunk or emotional or anything like that. The girls that I had invited from my husband's side left after dinner so the real partying happened with my absolute best friends, which was SO awesome. My MoH and I have been to Disney together a few times, so she knew exactly what I'd like. She planned literally the perfect day for me!

The next day, just me, my MoH and her sister (another of my very close friends) had a shopping day at Disney Springs and went to a classy wine bar and had apps and wine at lunch. I purchased a Disney Alex & Ani bracelet that said "Happily Ever After" that I still love to wear now. We wrapped it up pretty early because the welcome party was that night.

OP, I hope you have the absolutely amazing time during your special weekend like I did!!!

Our original plan was a sleepover at an AirBNB and we were going to order pizza, drink champagne, watch rom-com wedding movies, and do facials, makeovers, etc.

But that idea was vetoed last weekend as everyone has kids and they didn't want to stay the night. Ugh! So we revised:

We're going to karaoke. But I'm making everyone dress up in their BEST outfits, just like when we were young club rats. LOL. So we'll be all dressed up and are going to sing our hearts out. I think my maids are buying sashes for everyone and they're bringing little x-rated items like crowns and straws and things that scream "bach party"! It should be good. We'll see how it goes!

Do you know what you're doing yet? Were you let in on the planning?

Truthfully, it was OK. Originally the plan was dinner and a drag show, but my BM's didn't want to travel too far to the closest city to go to one, so we wound up going to a comedy show instead. It was fun, I guess. My bridal shower was the same day as the bach party and there was some tension between my bridesmaids regarding the bridal shower, so that kinda carried over. Honestly, I would've been just as happy without one (and a lot of brides I know feel that way).
