How to do rehearsal vs rehearsal dinner guest list?

That’s usually what has to happen, unless they’re taking two cars and one half will come later to the dinner. Wedding parties/guests usually accept this will be a byproduct of the situation 🤷🏻‍♀️


Send out your dinner invitations and then also let the people who must attend the rehearsal know the meetup details for that portion. From there allow them to figure out with their spouses/children/family members if they’ll sit around waiting or drive separately to the dinner later.

A lot of the people that needed to be at our rehearsal were from out of town, so their significant others all just came and hung out during the rehearsal. Even those who were local wound up just bringing their spouses along. It's usually not a huge imposition since there's a free dinner afterwards. Like Erin said, just send out the invites and they'll figure out how they want to handle it
