Thanks. It really doesn't help that the menu is huge. I called them too to ask what they typically do for things like this. They said we can do whatever you would like just pick 3 options and a kid's option. Like thanks, I really wanted someone to give me a list of 10 things and be like narrow it down lol.

I've never been to a shower where a full meal was served. Is that what you're going for here? Unless it's in the evening, I would pick a salad and then two wraps or sandwiches. Can they be served in halves or quarters? I agree that the majority of people don't prefer fruit in their salads, the cobb seems like a good option.

I don't have any direction at all. It's at 1:00 in the afternoon. So yes lunch. It's going to be like a plated lunch is the best way to describe it. Yeah I was looking at the wraps on the menu. I'm just trying to get other's perspective since I am picky and I also have my go to's on the menu that not everyone will like. Thanks for your help.

One way to do it would present the menu as "The Bride's Favorites!" So pick your salad and favorite entree's. It's a cute way to get people to know you!

Lol. I actually love everything that you picked and have had it before. The wrap is great. I guess my biggest concern is that someone won't like something. But I guess if they don't they can go to McDonald's after! It doesn't help I have my FSIL's voice going through my head saying I'm a picky eater; like I know this no reason to keep telling me something I already have known like my entire life.

Haha thanks! I know my mom is trying to be considerate since she knows I'm picky but it's a downfall sometimes. I think the wrap you mentioned and salad will go on the menu. I like both of them. I was honestly going to be like I'll just have the kids meal if the food I prefer isn't even on the menu.

If you're really worried, you could always pick one, have your mom pick one and have your FSIL pick one and use the picky excuse! But out of 3 options, I really think everyone will be able to find something no matter the choices

I agree with other responses if it’s a lunch I would do a salad of your choice, a wrap and a sandwich. I didn’t make it to the kids menu but I feel like chicken strips or Mac n cheese are always a safe option. Good luck!

I'm thinking chicken strips for the kids meal. I just wish I didn't have to do this lol. We actually had to fall back on this place because the original place had limited hours and was no longer able to accommodate us for a lunch. They are now only open for dinner. That place was supposed to be a buffet of italian food so it would have been easier to pick. Thanks for your help!

I relate to this so hard. My shower is this weekend so last week my mom asked me to finalize our menu. I had a mini breakdown over it and everything.. my mom, grandma, step mom and MOH are in group chat to plan this thing, so I told her to make the group do it. I know you're trying to be nice but I don't want to help!!

I would choose a salad a burger and a pasta!

My shower is this weekend and my mom and moh are hosting, but i did pick the menu. Everyone gets the same appetizer of an arugula salad. Then a choice of: lemon chicken, vegetarian quiche or a spinach salad with salmon (also has fruit). And then everyone gets the same dessert. It’s a french bistro, and I went with the choices because I know who is coming. I went with what I like, what I know is good there, and what I know my friends and family like.
Also, all the showers I have been to have been a full meal.
