Huge selling point haha and gave me somewhere to put my hands when we took some family photos during the reception and I wasn’t holding my flowers. No awkward hands 😂
And it wasn’t too bad! Thankfully everyone came dressed appropriately for the weather. In the shade when the wind blew and for our sunset photos it was a tad chilly but that little jacket was enough for me. My bridesmaid wore a little shawl during the ceremony since we were shaded which I think was cute in photos and kept her shoulders warm standing still. A lot of people still stood outside for cocktail hour. The barn had heat but people still went out that night for air a few times so all in all not bad! I was nervous beforehand lol

Oh, these are so beautiful. How in the world did you get your photographer to perfectly capture that time of day when the world is just a silhouette to the sky? I'm definitely biased towards the first one you shared. Congratulations to you two.

Incredibly expensive but we could tell he was trustworthy and really cared about his craft so we knew he would deliver great photos and so we were willing to pay the price for him lol. We live in NY and he’s also from NY. But we got married in Maryland and he travels around the country for weddings so we knew he must be great and he traveled the 8 hours for ours. That one photo during the sunset is one of my favorites along with the first photo
