Gift registry

You can really start them whenever you want, it just needs to be finished before your wedding or your shower if you have one. The earlier you do them, the more upkeep you’ll have to do with out of stock or discontinued items.

We created them, but didn’t put anything on them until July for 9/21/19 Wedding.

Do it whenever you want! It's a fun wedding activity to do... I did mine in August & we're having my shower in November

I would start registries about six months beforehand!

We set up our registries 6 months before our wedding to align with mailing our STDs. The STDs included the wedding website URL which linked to the registries.

I think you can start anytime. Just be sure to update it there are items you no longer want before your guest are made aware of what is on the list.

I've already done mine and the wedding isn't until October 2020! I'll make it 'visible' when I send out the Save the Dates

You can do them now and just not publish it yet til you send out invites
