I really like how to organize a wedding and a wedding photo shoot in Korea. They have a photo shoot in three outfits: a wedding dress, national costumes and in ordinary holiday clothes.

Look on pinterest for some inspiration!

I'm a little heavier on my top and thighs so I feel ya!

What I wore was a maxi dress from amazon ! It was extremely flattering IMO and comfy too! Wrap/faux wrap dresses are also pretty flattering and give a nice flow to photos! If you're insecure about your arms showing, the one I linked had sleeves that hit above my elbows and I liked that a lot. Dresses with flutter sleeves that can flow around your arms are also flattering!

I would also suggest going to Pinterest for outfit ideas. That's what I did and it helped a lot! That's where I got the outfit idea for our second engagement session!

My photographer gave me a HUGE tip about outfits. Try them on at home and wear them for a little bit just walking around. If you feel stuffed in your outfit and uncomfortable, then don't wear it. You being uncomfortable and not relaxed in your outfit will translate to photos. Wear something that you feel confidant in and something that you aren't always worrying if your stomach is sucked in enough...or that you're skinny looking enough in. Her tip helped me a lot and I felt like myself during our first session. I wasn't worrying about sucking my stomach in or trying to make my arms look smaller.
