Hi Angie! Oregon is GORGEOUS state! You can't go wrong anywhere in nature there, honestly. Perhaps someplace with a lot of trees that will change colors, for your fall theme? By the waterfalls, somewhere in nature, along a river, a nature preserve/park, trail, or state park. Have you found a photographer yet? As they might have some good engagement photo spot recommendations, too.

Where in Oregon are you? If you're near Portland, the gorge is beautiful, the Japanese garden would also be lovely, or anywhere there are trees!

Tryon Creek State Nature Area near Lake Oswego is a very beautiful hiking spot that is very woodsy.

Forest park is gorgeous during autumn! We took our engagement pictures at the vista house at crown point. Down towards Oregon City/Damascus/Molalla I’m sure you can find a trail that would have gorgeous leaves.
Depending on where you are at too, anywhere along hwy 53 going towards the coast. There isn’t a lot of traffic on that highway, and it literally engulfs you in trees that change color in autumn!

Okay, if you're going for a rustic/country-theme, I've got you covered. Head over to Central Oregon. You can head to the Ochocos for some trees and mountain views, or Smith Rock where they have a great pumpkin patch this time of year. On your way to Smith Rock, there are some really cool old building along the way for photoshoot opportunities. The Painted Hills are the perfect palette year-round as well. Drake Park in Bend will be completely dripping in orange and yellow soon.
