Engagement Photos Next week!!

Have fun! Seriously, that's the most important tip. Before you know it, the shoot will be over, so enjoy it while you can.

I packed an 'emergency' bag with tissues, a hair brush, gloves, etc. and didn't use it at all. I even packed a backup dress juuuust in case because I'm a worrier and like to over-prepare. Didn't need that either, lol.

What sort of location are you taking them at?

As pp said, HAVE FUN.

My advice, focus on your fiancee, not the camera.
It will make it so much easier.
I'm camera shy , and very uncomfortable when I feel forced to pose.
He made me laugh the whole time, which made our pictures natural.

Thats really good advice! I was going to pack extras because i like to be prepared but im glad to hear you didnt have to use anything!! We are getting them done at Friendship Hill Historic Park!

So exciting!!! Just be natural and enjoy the moment with your love. Did you suggest any particular poses or moments that you’d like for your photographer to capture?

My biggest piece of advice would be to keep each other laughing! It makes the photos more genuine

Aw how exciting! When we did ours it was really awkward at first but as the shoot went on it became easier and started to feel more natural. Your photographer will be able to help you with poses and becoming more comfortable with the camera. Have fun!

Don't overthink it! That's all I did up until the camera started rolling. I HATE getting my picture taken, and will literally run away from a camera. At the end of the day, I had the best time, and was actually kinda sad that it was over. Maybe double check the outfit. My jeans were loose in the waist (yay me! haha) and you could def tell in some of my pictures. You got this!

Im trying my best not to overthink it! I'm not into getting my pictues taken either, but I think i will have fun hopefully lol Thats good advice, I would of never thought to double check my outfits! Thank you!!!
