We plan to use photos from our engagement shoot in our save the dates. My wedding will be in the fall but the whole color theme is more springish. We plan on doing engagement photos in late summer but they will be mailed out around February. Is it weird to get a save the date featuring a different season on it?

Nope. Personally, I'd rather have different engagement photos with opposing vibes, colors, etc from the wedding. That way you have some variety!

Nope! I had a friend have fall themed STD pictures, plaid blanket and all, for her spring wedding. I think people get pictures are done in different seasons

I think it is fine! We are going to be using magnets of a gorgeous scene that I took when we were on vacation, & he proposed, in Ireland...

Not at all! We're doing our engagement shoot next month and will send the STDs out shortly after. We're getting married in February so it won't be the same season either.
