Hello, date twins! I didn't realize until today that weddingwire would make a discussion group for people with the same wedding day and location-area. This is kind of fun, I hope we can help each other out to make our special day as awesome as possible!

    Vyonnah, Our date is 7-10-2020! It's a Friday wedding in Ashland Oregon actually, but we live in Bend. I'd love to get together and chat about wedding stuff! I don't have much help here... Do you? Have you booked your venue? Photographer?

    I'm just seeing your message. We live in Corvallis Oregon. We get married at Tetherow. We had no idea at first but we are just about done booking vendors. We just need a DJ. Phew! What a process! It's been stressful. How is it going for you guys?

    Oh Tetherow is beautiful! Mathew Fox used to live there. I believe he still does. He's the actor from Party of Five and that show Lost. He's pretty!

    Where are you doing your photos? Do you know? I'm asking because I've lived here 14 years and there are some gorgeous places, and different looks. Why did you choose Bend if you live in Corvallis?

    We just have the DJ to book also. I was just looking at a quote. $995 for a 5 hour DJ. That doesn't sound like that long a time frame. Especially if we want music during the time between ceremony and reception, dinner, etc. I guess we can figure out some canned music and have a playlist. I just don't want to have to do that myself, especially on our wedding day. LOL

    Do you have a lot of help with things? Mom, or wedding party, etc?

    Oh nice! Didn't know he lives there. That's pretty cool. We chose Bend because alot of our guests will be flying in and we wanted them to enjoy themselves so Bend was the place. We hired a planner, we couldn't do it ourselves, especially for a destination wedding. We took some photos at mt. Bachelor's but didnt like how they looked.we are redoing them with our videographer early March. Any suggestions?
