Is there any place specific to cleaning and preserving dresses and what is the estimated cost for this? Thank you πŸ’•πŸ‘—

My seamstress offers both cleaning and preserving services, though I haven’t yet asked her the cost associated. I’d reach out to your seamstress to see if they offer the services or Google β€œBridal cleaning and preservation services” in your area.

Not sure where you’re located, but I suggest yelping nearby β€œDress Preservation” businesses.

I was able to find a handful of places nearby me that specialize in this (I’m located in Southern California). Cost ranged from $350-1000. My dress ended up costing around $600.

The boutique where I got my dress offers cleaning and preservation for around $350.

Between $200 and $220 seems standard for cleaning alone

Depends on how much cleqning they need to so. Just the preservation box service is around 350 where I live (DMV) and I also had my dress cleaned and the lace and boning repaired so it came to 1k

I had the local dry cleaner clean my dress.

I haven't preserved mine, yet, but I think you can DIY it, if you so choose - just do a quick google.

Davids bridal sold a kit that was $100 (if you bought it the day you bought your dress) so I got that

My seamstress told me she offers dress preservation for $150. However, idk if that includes cleaning or not...

I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and brought a kit from β€œMemories Preservation”. $150 for the kit, plus they give you a 20% coupon!

A local dry cleaners will do both less expensively than a bridal shop.
