Bridesmaids cake tasting

Michelle, on July 13, 2019 at 6:56 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 11

So I'm having my cake tasting at my house next month and I have invited my bridesmaids. I want to have champagne and send cute little invites. But what else should I have? Is cake and champagne enough. Should I do food? Id so what? I don't want to spend a lot of money but I want to make it really cute. Ideas and pics appreciated

Maybe just some apps? Like cheese and meat trays.

I was thinking apps like cheese and meats maybe hummus and veggies, but cake and champagne sounds like an amazing night to me!

So you can do some heavy apps: Meatballs, chicken chunks marinated/grilled & night those things can be put into crock pot to cook/keep warm. Pigs in a blankie, fruit tray, veggie and dip tray, meats/cheese and baguette/crackers, nuts, chips and dip/salsa are always good.
Or order pizza and Chinese and do the cake and later have dinner and watch bad TV!

How fun! Maybe some unique appetizers or a signature drink (with champagne in it)? Cute paper napkins/plates. I love a good party!

Sounds like fun. I guess it depends on what time you are doing how much doors you might want to make. I would definitely do a cheese, meat and maybe olive tray or something with crackers to soak up that champagne. 😊

Oooo this sounds like fun. I would be fine with the champagne and cake so long as you made that clear so I could eat before hand. If you do food I also would do the small apps (meatballs, chicken wings, mini quiches, pigs in a blanket, dip and pita/chips/veggies) or if you want to a meal I’d go with something simple like Italian.
