Bridal Shower invites- question fro rsvp

The last 5 showers I attended it was only e-mail rsvp and no one had any issues. I’d just leave it as is.

I think it'd be ok leaving it as email.

I see no problem with email RSVP. I've done it, for showers and other parties.

I wouldn’t worry at all about this. I think email is easier (more traditional) for most people than via a wedding website, for what it’s worth. If you’re concerned about a few older non-computer using guests, you (or moh) could just follow up with them directly in the event you don’t hear back. I always find emails preferable for rsvp-ing (I don’t want to call a stranger!)

My mom and cousin (MOH) are planning my shower and did phone number or email and they still had to follow up with over half of the guest list. Hopefully, your people are better at RSVPing than mine, but I think no matter what you do, some people generally suck at answering invitations.

We had our shower rsvp's come by email and are also having our wedding rsvp's come through email. I wouldn't have chosen any other option. To me, it seems to be the easiest option.

Thanks everyone! I haven't been invited to any of these events before besides for my MOH when she was getting married and in that case I just texted her and told her I'd be there haha so I've never received it from people before so didn't know how common it was!

I am constantly on my personal email all day at work sooo I wouldn't have any issue emailing to RSVP! I did so for a shower in the past! Even if someone put a phone number for a cell I'd probably just text instead of call.
