Bridal shower during covid

Alyssa, on August 26, 2020 at 7:40 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 4
Hi everyone,

I am getting married in West Point, IA in March 2021. I am confident that by then Covid cases will be lower, however right now our county is finally at its peak and my family is concerned for my bridal showers. We did have it planned for October 3rd, but they are nervous. Anyone have any ideas? I’m lost and upset..

Can you try to postpone it? That would probably be the safest thing to do. Then it would be closer in time to your wedding anyway

I agree with the previous comment, maybe postpone to January/February? If postponing isn't an option, you could do a staggered start time, where you can have guests sign up to attend at different time slots. That way, you can keep the guest count consistently below the max allowed at any given time, and you can still socialize with everyone.

Hi there. I’m getting married March 2021 also. My bridal shower is being planned for January 2021 in hopes that this pandemic stuff will have subsided or calmed down significantly by then.
