Bridal shower 2020

I know a bunch who still went through with theirs but I also seen a few who cancelled. Most of the ones who went through just decreased the number of people attending.

My bridal shower is planned for this Saturday. There will be less then 20 people in a decent sized house and back yard

My bridesmaids have suggested a virtual shower so all my female guests can participate without having to pay to travel to an in person one.
Personally, I didn’t want one to begin with. And I tried to get the girls to not do it or a bachelorette party since everything is so wonky but they’re insisting 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes. At best may cut back on attendees.

No. No bachelorette party, and no shower.

My shower is next weekend and is being held at a restaurant, and 24 people have RSVPed. It was originally going to be held in a private dining room, but with the social distancing guidelines, the restaurant has moved it to a section of the main dining area to help spread everyone out. People will be required to wear masks, and we will be passing out hand sanitizer as favors.


The shower date was planned in the beginning of March before Covid was locally a concern, and we have been more or less just rolling with the punches. As someone who has always been a slight control freak, I am thankful that this has taught me to slow down, appreciate the small things, and prioritize what really matters in the grand scheme of things!

We are still going for with the bridal shower we have for the bride in two weeks

I still had mine on 6/28 at a park. I invited the full guest list and about 20 showed up. Food was all pre-packaged individually and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. It was fun and no one got sick 😊

I am still having a bridal shower! I am having two instead of one large one. I will have about 20 people at each and will be doing a “tradition” bridal shower.

No Bachelorette Or Shower For Me. I Do Know Some People Who Had Them With Only A Few People Or Virtually.

One of my co-workers is getting married October 10th and she's still having her bridal shower. It's this weekend actually.

I had mine 7/18 and my cousin had hers last weekend. Both our venues were indoor and we live in PA where the governor said only 25 people or less indoors so we both had 25 people. Both went well and we had fun!

I'm having mine this weekend. I think about 35 people will be there. It's at a restaurant in PA.

I’m having my bridal shower on Sunday. A lot of people that I invited won’t be there, but we will still have a good time.
