Bridal party gifts

Rebeca, on September 15, 2020 at 7:08 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 14
I need help coming up with ideas for gifts for my bridal party. I’d rather not do anything personalized such as tumblers with their names on them because I know my MOH does not like things like that. Does any one have any suggestions?

Why not get them each something different and unique to them and your relationship with them?

I agree with the others. I would buy something unique that each girl would like. For example, if one loves wine you could get her a cute wine glass.

I agree with shopping for them each individually! Otherwise, if you're looking for a gift you can give each one that's similar, maybe a cute picture frame with a photo of you both, and a handwritten note? Their favorite candy/beverage, gift cards, jewelry, etc.

We got our BP things that we would have gotten for them as a birthday or holiday gift.

Etsy has a TON of gift ideas. I got my tribe tote & makeup bags. I’ve picked up a lot of things along the way. Earrings (from a farmer’s market) I want them to wear at the wedding, soaps from the hospital gift shop (I work there & they were on clearance), lip gloss from Ulta (on clearance). Most expensive was the olive oil & balsamic vinegar for each of them. I can’t wait to give them their gifts!

I shopped for mine as I would if I were buying them a gift for a birthday or holiday. Something that was meaningful and not wedding related. I tried to make it as personal as possible.

I worried about the same thing, so what I did was get them a robe like normal but I didn't personalize it, however I got them a hanger for it that has their name and bridal party title! So that is something that they will still definitely use afterwards. I got them RTIC cups, nail polish, a tote bag (which I did paint their first initial on, but its super simple and not wedding-y.) I am also planning on putting some of their favorite snacks and treats in the tote bag that they can have throughout their stay!

Maybe nontraditional, and it may flop, but both my bridesmaids love kimchi, so I ordered them DIY kimchi sets and some spooky earrings from Etsy (we’re getting married the weekend before Halloween)

This is what I got my bridesmaids for a proposal box. It was fairly cheap. I found it all on Amazon. Look up gifts for them in the quantity you need, Amazon will give you lots of options. There's also etsy, and you can diy.

I am gifting my BMs silky pjs monogrammed with their initials, a personalized frame that I will add a photo to from the wedding (using one from my bachelorette for now), monogrammed makeup bags, a set of insulated wine tumblers, and will be adding a nice bottle of wine. I splurged on the pjs, since I feel that is something I would want but wouldn’t necessarily spend money on for myself (I personally love gifts like that!). I agree with shopping like it’s their birthday, something unique for them. Etsy has amazing shops. I got most of my gifts from there!
