Bridal hair accessory for engagement pictures?

I don't see any problem with doing that! I guess it depends on the look of your accessories and the overall vibe you want for your engagement shoot. I had my hair out and was dressed a lot more casually, so trying out the pins I used on my wedding day for my engagement shoot wouldn't have really fit the look I was going for, but otherwise, why not do it!

I’m not going to use my veil in my engagement photos, but I plan to wear a flower crown.

Our engagement photos were our actual proposal, so I'm wearing my hair pins and bridal jewelry for a bridal boudoir shoot with the same photographer who's shooting my wedding! You could also wear them to bridal showers or your bachelorette party, or even a bridal/farewell brunch during your wedding weekend!

I'm completely obsessed with that crown (?), by the way. Wow.

Gorgeous! I think it actually looks great with the dress you’ve picked out and would totally go for it!
I didn’t wear my halo for our engagement pics, but I did buy two that I was deciding between for our wedding and ended up wearing the one I didn’t pick to our shower! Definitely made me feel special!
