Blueprint Registry?

Samantha, on April 30, 2019 at 10:47 AM Posted in Registry 0 4

Has anyone created a registry through Blueprint? If you haven't heard of it, I think you should definitely look in to it. I think it's a great way to build a unique registry for more than just your normal wedding gifts (towels, sheets, kitchen mixers etc.). My question though for those of you who have used it, if someone decided they wanted to contribute to an experience, how do the funds get to you? I have a someone ask and I realized I don't know know the answer!

Any insight is appreciated!

I believe for all those sites you just transfer the money to your bank account. Guests aren’t actually buying an experience for you.

It looks very similar to Zola. We are using them for our registry. I feel a little lost with Blueprint's layout even though the by room feature is pretty cool! It can also be because I do not have an account too. Zola does not agreements with that many stores as Blueprint does, but their completion discount is 20%. They are pricey though (seems to be more than Blueprint), but they do price match for guests.

Also for the experiences or any cash gifts, you have to put in your bank or card information and then transfer it to your account.

Absolutely! We're using it for more our honeymoon than the tradtitional items. We're headed to Ireland and my mom is going to pay for our dinner and drinks one night while we're there. My friends is more focused on home renovations so people can go in and help purchase the washer and dryer they want etc.
