Big married-life changes! August is a crazy month!!!

My hubby and I finally got our own place (EDIT: just renting, but still! Lol) After living with my family the past year to save up (and then delaying our move by a few months because we realized house hunting and wedding planning at the same time was a nightmare lol) we finally found the cutest little 2 bed 2 bath condo, and we’re moving in 10 days! We’ve been living together for a year but this is the first time we’re ever going to live ALONE together and we could not be more excited to finally have our own place 😄

In addition to that, we BOTH just got huge promotions that we’re starting this month! Husband starts his on Monday, and I start mine—which is basically my dream job, I’m going to be a corporate events manager and social media strategist!—2 weeks after that.

Also, not really “our” thing, but one of husband’s best friend’s wife is due with their first baby this month too, so we’re about to be honorary aunt and uncle any day now!

It is CRAZY how quickly everything is happening all at once, but I’m SO grateful for the beautiful life we are creating together as newlyweds. I’m just so excited about everything, I had to share with you all!
