For those of you who didn't read my birth control post from a couple weeks ago, I am currently considering ditching the pills for another form of BC. I have used the ring in the past and got 2 UTIs so I nixed that. We are now strongly considering an IUD, specifically, the Skyla. I have not had children so I've heard that's the safest way to go. I'm also intrigued by the copper ones.... No hormones.... YAY!! I want to hear all you're willing to share about its insertion, removal, pain, cramps (or lack thereof), and your overall satisfaction with it, obviously, I will let his decision up to my OB/GYN (made an appointment yesterday), but I think you girls probably could give me great info also.
