Bachelorette weekend! When and Where?

Guys! I am about 1 week away from My bachelorette weekend! I am so excited! When are you getting married and when is your bachelorette weekend (if you are doing one)?

My Moh, mom, sister, Sister in law and 2 best friends and I all rented a beach house in Fort Myers! We will get there Friday (sister and sister in law flying in from New York) around 4 to check in. Meet at the house and get unpacked then head out to dinner. After dinner we will come back to the house and hangout for the night. Saturday we will wake up, do breakfast and then walk across to the beach (literally right across the street from the beach). After spending a day in the sun we will head back for dinner then go hit the bars for the night! I am so excited!

Currently i work 44 hours a week at my normal job and then pick up about 12 additional hours a week for bartending so this will be a nice vacation... hopefully weather works with us its been pretty crappy here in FL lately!

check out my new bathing suit and beach cover up I bought for the weekend (and will be used for my honeymoon as well). When I say bringing my sister with me in the caption for bikini my sister passed away in January after committing suicide. Since then my family has taken on this sunflower obsession and whenever we have sunflowers we always say its us bringing her with us in our adventures.

    Awesome! I'm going shopping tonight for my bachelorette weekend! It's in two weeks. We're taking a trip to Vegas - which is way more than I thought I'd be able to do but it's all thanks to my amazing MOH who planned it all Smiley smile We'll get to the hotel Friday morning, have a concert to go to at the pool Friday night, spend all day at the pool and spa on Saturday and then we have tickets for some club Saturday night. It's my first trip to Vegas and I can't wait!

    Love the outfit! It's so nice of you to incorporate your sister in the details. Were those her favorite flowers?

    I'm getting married 12/7 and my bridal weekend is 10/25-10/27. We're combining my bridal shower, bachelorette and birthday all into one weekend. At first I thought it was crazy to do that, but all of my girls loved the idea because they only needed to worry about availability/babysitters/etc. for one weekend and not 2 or 3.

    I'm getting married October 5th! We went on my bachelorette party August 2-4 in Savannah, GA. There were 9 of us total and we rented an Airbnb. We did a haunted pub crawl, visited some breweries and local bars, ate a lot of good food, and explored the city. It was a lot of fun!

    It actually comes from a quote. My sister committed suicide so during her darkest parts of life she struggled to find the light. After we lost her (our darkest part of life) we made it our mission to always find the light. Spread awareness and be an ear for people to vent. So we adopted this sunflower love.

    I think that sounds like an amazing idea! Definitely makes it easier for everyone AND celebrates you through and through! What are y'all doing for it?

    I am getting married October 5th and my bachelorette weekend is in 3 weeks in Montreal! I have no idea what is planned haha most of the planning has been done without me but I'm super excited to find out!

    My bachelorette is actually going to be 2 days before the wedding so more of my bridesmaids could attend (some live out of state/country). It's going to be a paint night and then cake at my MOH's apartment.

    FH's bachelor party is this Saturday.

    I love that mentality, sometimes we forget to look for the light in our lives.

    I don't know much, because I've been banned from planning lol. We're having my shower at a local rec center (my mom works for the county so that saved us a bunch). Then we're going back to my house to drop off items, unwind, get ready, etc. After that we're Ubering into Baltimore (FH's surprise treat) and staying at the Inner Harbor. From there we're going to dinner and bar hopping in Fells Point and Canton.

    My wedding is one month away and my bachelorette weekend is next weekend! We are renting an Air BnB a couple towns over, but I dont know any other details. Super excited to relax without my family lol

    I'm so happy for your bachelorette, it sounds like a great weekend! I am so sorry about your sister, but I love the sunflower idea. That is so sweet. My mom & I are a big fan of sunflowers, so I got one tattooed on my back. I'm a huge fan of them!

    Getting married June 27, 2020 and we are looking at a weekend in either late may or early June. My MOH and I have discussed a few locations and it's looking like Northern Michigan to have a fun girls weekend in a cabin with lots of wine, hiking, food and bon fires.

    P.S - LOVE the sunflower quote and meaning, that's absolutely beautiful.

    That sounds fun! Its crazy how much things change over that amount of time though. We originally planned for a weekend cruise to the bahamas, Then we couldn't get enough definite answers. So then we opted to do disney for Labor day weekend and we had a hotel booked them half the people bailed and it got way to expensive... so then we decided beach house at MOHs families beach house but then that needed renovations so we just rented a beach house instead now. lol Its been a whirlwind haha

    thank you! We love sunflowers now, it was actually always my favorite flower but now it actually has meaning!
