Bachelorette party: at home vs out on the town?

We're still a bit of ways away from the wedding and that point but one of my friends did ask me if I was going to have about your party either at a house or go out on the town.
Which does bring up the question, which is the better option? I mean I still want a stripper and all but i dont know which would be better

Did anyone have a bachelorette party at home or out on the town? How did that go? How did you do it?

I honestly couldn’t decide so we are doing two night. One night will be at home kind of like a cocktail party/giant sleepover then Saturday night we will be going out dancing.

Mine was out of town for me. I flew in (2 hour flight), my MOH flew in (1 hour flight), one bridesmaid drove in (6 hour drive), and the other 3 drove in (2 hour drive). I thought it was fun making it more of a vacation. I chose to have it in CA (not CO where I live) so most girls wouldn't have to fly since they had to for the wedding.

We did a trip. It was a 3 day weekend. We rented a big house (Airbnb) and went out & also hung out around the house some.

I went out of town for mine, as all but 1 of my bridesmaids live out of state. We ended up going to Nashville for 3 nights and got an airbnb

The bach my BMs are wanting to throw for me mostly consists of staying home. Which is fine by me!

We will probably rent a house or suite close to home. Some of the WP have kids and we don't really have time or money to do a proper weekend getaway. It's just easier to be within an hour or so from home.

We will be having my bachlorette party out of town as most of my wedding party and the friends I want to invite are coming from out of town anyway. We are looking at North Carolina beaches or Michigan (random I know).

We will be having a bachelorette in Las Vegas this weekend. We decided on an air bnb closer to the strip. It was cheaper and fits all us girls comfortably. It also has a pool so we can avoid the summer crowds. We planned this bach party 9 months in advance so everyone could request the day off of work and save.
